20140114-5.gifThere is one month left to register for the 34th Test of Proficiency in Korean.

Korean Education Centre in Canada has opened the registration for TOPIK (www.topik.go.kr) on January 10th with the deadline on February 10th at 5:00 PM. The examination is divided into Elementary, Intermediate, and Advanced levels and will be held on April 19th from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM at Cummer Valley Middle School (70 Maxome Avenue, Toronto). The test is intended for foreigners and Koreans living overseas for whom Korean is a second language who wish to learn the language and pursue international studies in Korea, obtain employment in Korean companies and public institutions, or are either attending or graduated from a foreign school. The applicants will be tested in the areas of vocabulary, grammar, writing, listening, and reading.

To apply, download the application and the receipt form for the $15 testing fee from the Korean Education Centre in Canada (www.cakec.com) and submit both either in person or via mail (Korean Education Centre, 555 Avenue Road, Toronto ON M4V 2J7).
