Job Title: Sushi Chef

Job Duties:

Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards; Create new recipes; Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food; Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff; Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory; Prepare and cook Japanese food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions; Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food; Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.

Terms of employment: Permanent

Wage: $20.0/ hour, 40 hours/ week

Benefits: 10 days of paid vacation provided
