Stonewell Financial Services is an insurance company specializing in providing a suite of insurance products, online and offline. The company has an expansion plan and is currently looking for a part-time/full-time Licensed Insurance Advisor in the Province of Ontario.

This is a Minimum incentive-based plus commission job for the following individuals:

• Experienced/inexperienced insurance advisor who has enjoyed a successful career but now is interested in slowing down to a more structured full-time job
• A newly licensed advisor who wants a more balanced lifestyle while utilizing the acquired insurance knowledge
• Seasoned insurance advisor who is interested in working on a part-time basis

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for:

• Be a main contact/subject matter expert with the company’s suite of insurance products
• Act as a company liaison with business clients and provide excellent customer services to individual clients
• Pro-active market development through market research, online marketing, and off-line marketing
• Provide supervisory roles to new Advisors
• Manage administrative duties of Ontario office
• Meet the clients and provide insurance advice

Qualifications:

• Must be Life Insurance licensed in the province of Ontario
• Effective communicator with an ability to build rapport with various individuals
• A punctual individual with an ability to multi-task
• Pro-active self-starter able to research market trend and industry trend

Special Notes:

• Compensation: Negotiable based on the candidates’ qualifications. (Salary or commission)
• Environment: Business casual. Office hours are 9 – 5, M-F.
• Work location: On-site and off-site. This position requires working outside of the office when required.
