Kibo Franchising Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our Accounting Team as a Staff Accountant. The Staff Accountant at KIBO Franchising Ltd., will compile and present reports, budgets, and financial statements, run payroll and also perform the duties of a Bookkeeper.
What You’ll Do:
· Managing the accounting and reconciliation of a company’s financial reports, records and general ledger accounts
· Ensuring all company finances comply with GAAP requirements
· Analyze budgets and create expense reports
· policies and handle tax payments and returns
· Filing end of the month or year reports to the provincial security regulatory authority
· Handling of reimbursements, accounts payables and receivables
· Managing billing and invoice software
· Using analytical software to track industry trends and patterns
· Prepare semi-monthly & monthly payroll calculations and other related reports
· Reconcile bank statements
· Analyze transactions with internal and external stakeholders
· Prepare documents for audits and conduct internal audits
· Advise clients on financial issues via email or phone
What You’ll Need:
· Knowledge of different accounting software and spreadsheet software like Quick Books and Microsoft Excel
· Attention to detail
· Ability to multitask and cope with stress
· Critical and analytical thinking
· Time management
· Analytics and problem-solving skills
· Strong listening, presentation, and communication skills
Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year of experience in similar experience as a Staff Accountant or relevant role in accounting.
· Minimum diploma in accounting, finance or other related fields.
