Maintenance Team Leader

Job Overview
You will lead a maintenance team, responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing
manufacturing equipment in automation production lines located at Commerce, GA. Your role
encompasses hands-on maintenance and overseeing the team's activities, providing technical
guidance, and ensuring efficient collaboration.
Responsibilities
 Lead and manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, mentoring, and
fostering a collaborative work environment.
 Distribute work assignments based on team members' strengths and project priorities.
 Provide technical guidance to the team.
 Review and approve maintenance procedures and documentation.
 Identify training needs within the team and conduct development programs.
 Act as a liaison between the maintenance team and other departments to address
maintenance-related concerns.
 Ensure that the team adheres to safety regulations, implement safety protocols, and
conduct regular safety training sessions.
Qualifications
 Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
 Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
 Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
 Communicable Korean and Proficiency in English
Preferred Skills
 Experience in production line with a track record of leadership
 Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems
 Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques
