** 누가 읽거나 말거나! 쓰고 싶어서 썼습니다. 그 신용카드회사는 김치맨으로부터 신용(믿음)을 상실했거든요! 노인네가 어리벙헤서 오버페이 했으면? 환불요청하면 그냥 돌려주면(Refund) 될 거 아닌가요? 그럭해서 발란스를 0으로 한다음에 김치맨(Cardholder-Client/Customer)의 요청대로 그 VISA 어카운트 클로스 하면 될 게 아닌가요? 암튼! (김치맨네는 월마트 마스트카드를 애용합니다)

It is my complaint against the FirstOntario Credit Union  VISA card. As I have too many credit cards for a retired old man, I decided to cancel this VISA card.
When I called the VISA company, I found out that I have $122.60 overpayment. It means I have a credit balace on it. So I asked the agent who answered to give my money back and close the account.
The guy names Bill said that he can not write a check to me. Instead I spent the exact amount before asking him to close the account.
I am wondering why they just write a chque to me and close the VISA account right away since I demand to close the account?
